一、購物服務
- 本網站提供線上購物功能，並提供商品配送至台灣地區之 7-11 店到店服務。
- 商品類型以實體出貨為主，訂單確認後將依照庫存狀況與出貨時間處理。
二、付款方式
本網站支援以下付款方式：
- 信用卡線上付款
- 銀行轉帳
- 貨到付款（僅限指定地區與物流方式）
三、出貨與配送
- 現貨商品：下單並付款完成後，預計 1～3 個工作天內出貨（不含假日）。
- 預購商品：預估出貨時間為 7～15 個工作天，實際以供貨狀況為準。
- 出貨方式：目前僅提供 7-11 店到店。
四、退換貨政策
- 為保障消費者權益，您可於商品簽收後 7 天內申請退貨，惟需符合以下條件：
- 商品未拆封，外包裝完整，無影響二次銷售情形。
- 退貨運費需由消費者自行負擔。
- 本網站販售之商品多為原封膜密封包裝，一經拆封，恕不接受退換貨。
- 如遇商品寄錯、瑕疵或運送過程導致嚴重損毀，請於收貨後 48 小時內聯繫客服，並提供照片佐證以利後續處理。
五、商品特性說明
- 本網站販售之球星卡產品屬於「盲盒類商品」，拆封前無法得知內容物，可能存在以下情況：
- 卡片數量不足、卡面刮傷或彎曲、簽名缺失等
- 該情況屬原廠品控問題，本店無法負責，購買前請知悉並同意
- 商品外盒在運輸過程中可能出現擠壓、摩擦，無法保證外盒百分之百完美，如非常在意外觀請謹慎下單。
- 所有商品配置說明若標註「On Average」表示為平均值，不代表每盒都必定包含特定卡種，購買前請確認理解。
六、免責聲明
- 本網站對所有商品圖片、文字說明皆盡力詳實標示，但仍可能存在誤差，最終以實際商品為準。
- 本網站保留接受或取消訂單的權利，若發生價格錯誤、庫存異常、付款失敗等情形，將主動通知並協助退款處理。

Welcome to Goh’s Card (hereinafter referred to as “this website”). To protect your rights, please carefully read the following terms before using our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend you check this page regularly.
1. Online Shopping Service
This website provides online shopping functionality and shipping service via 7-Eleven store-to-store delivery within Taiwan.
All products are shipped physically. Orders will be processed based on stock availability and shipping schedules.
2. Payment Methods
We support the following payment options:
- Credit Card (online payment)
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD; available only in selected areas)
3. Shipping & Delivery
- In-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).
- Pre-order items: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on supplier availability.
- Delivery Method: 7-Eleven store-to-store service only.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
You may apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, with original packaging intact, and not affecting secondary sales.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Products are generally sealed; once opened, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the product is incorrect, defective, or seriously damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photo proof for further assistance.
5. Product Disclaimer
Products such as sports card boxes are classified as “blind box” items. Due to manufacturer quality control issues, the following conditions may occur:
- Missing cards, misconfigured content, surface damage, or unsigned autographs
- These are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We do not accept responsibility for such cases. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this clause.
- The external packaging may be damaged due to transportation. Perfect box condition is not guaranteed. Please consider this before purchasing.
- Product configuration marked as “On Average” refers to an average distribution, not a guarantee per box.
6. Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight discrepancies may exist, and actual product shall prevail.
We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order, especially in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or payment failures. We will contact you and arrange refunds if necessary.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
